There Are Many Unsung Contributors To History's Victories

Through their ebb and flow, tides create pools along the shore teeming with life. These tide pools add to the beaches’ size, beauty, and utility. At the same time, pounding waves of the oceans expand or destroy them without mercy.
Throughout history, little-known individuals affect wars and other world-shattering events with little reward but often terrible punishment.
One can say they are mankind’s tide pools. Like the tide pools, their fates are covered over by the sands of time.
The Tidal Pools trilogy is about unsung individuals affected by World War II and its aftermath. A majority of participants saw the war as a crusade for freedom. For many others, the war gave them an excuse to perpetrate violence and mayhem.
But wars end and life continues. Escaping from prosecution, many fled to South America to continue their murderous ways for new masters after hostilities ended.
